I have been to zen nepal 2 months ago, office is big and nicely set up but i have to say the sales staff there is not good at all. the staff named bishal sitting in the corner was eating gutkha and talking and his tone was also rude. Not well mannered sales staff

Very friendly people. they were very helpful finding tickets for me, specially Pukar. I would highly recommend this agency. All tge very best and will see u soon in the future.

Nice office, i came for domestic tiket around 10:30. Saw staff eating (paan or parag) and spitting under desk. VEry very bad. That ikind of staff and office is bad. Went back, there was a small travel agent behind the building, bought KTm to pok ticket there. THey told me Zen adds 1000 in ticket too.
