Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Video Editor. Key responsibilities include creating high-quality editing video content, managing video production workflows, and applying color grading techniques to ensure visual consistency. Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative video and graphic assets tailored to the organization’s needs.Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production, including camera operation and production workflow management
- Strong expertise in Video Editing and Video Color Grading for polished and visually appealing outputs
- Skilled in Motion Graphics creation, including animation and visual effects
- Experience with Graphics design for supporting video projects with supplementary elements
- Proficient with industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Prior experience in educational or consulting industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field
