Terrible service provided by Kamal. Hard to understand from the start, and constantly changed quotation costs (possibly due to "hidden costs") on their end that they refuse to make us known about. When I told them that I was of Indian heritage and could be charged entrance fee rates for SAARC countries, they blasted me for trying to make them do "fake work" when all I asked about was whether I could be charged a discounted rate! I was appalled by this accusation and told them that I will not be working with them on this trip, to which Kamal responded "Best of luck!!! I hope you will never lye (sic) regarding your nationality in future just for small money" I am appalled that they had the gall to treat me in such a rude, disrespectful and insolent manner and I highly recommend that any prospective traveler to Nepal AVOID ANA Travels at all costs!
