I think an operational manager or supervisor needs to look after operational staff behavior. The service is very slow, agitating and getting worse day by day. When we call for an inquiry, they took our number and then take a day to call for our queries. They take half an hour to change the date of a flight even when we are in office. And who takes 10 to 15 minutes to write a single receipt when an accountant is not busy. I used to recommend since I love booking ticket via this travel because of it's good service but now I don't want to recommend to anyone. Travel business is a very competitive as red ocean and service oriented business;Ace travels wouldn't have gone this far without excellent service. However, nowadays it's slacking. Remember it took a several months to build a home but only a day or week is enough to demolish the home. Everyday new travel agency like Sastotickets and other online platform are emerging to provide a good service for us. Keep your eyes on the stars and feet on your ground. Don't be like a frog. I hope and wish this travel agency do a lot of better in future.
